We can accept returns of any of our products within 28 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original packaging & no less than 2.5g (used) of its origin weight (equivalent of 3 days usage).
To return your order email us with your customer order number and the return address where the items can be sent. Please include a printed copy of your email confirmation with your returned merchandise.
Return shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable.
If your order is damaged when it arrives, please let us know so we can get a replacement out to you as the earliest possible time! In some instances, we may request photographic evidence of the damage so we can work out how it happened and take steps to further improve our service.
